Which products can I return?
You can practically return any product that you receive in an ill-condition from our end – be it consumer electronics or fashion accessories. You can return products that are faulty, have a missing component, are not equivalent to the ones displayed, have a manufacturing defect, or are broken or damaged during delivery.
However, there are few conditions to this:
- Products to be returned should not be tampered with
- They should be in original packaging with all bundled accessories and manuals
- The products should be in resalable condition
- The exchange policy is valid only if there is a size misfit or if the products are damaged, or are dissimilar to those as displayed
- Lingerie purchased from Esybuy cannot be returned
- Products ordered during the clearance sale period cannot be returned or exchanged
Within how many days can I return a product?
Returns policy for all products is considered from the date of delivery of the products ordered by you from Esybuy.com.
- If you observe that the electronic products ordered by you from Esybuy.com have a manufacturing defect, are faulty, have a missing component, or are damaged in transit, then you can return such products within 7 days from the date of having received the products
- Men’s, women’s, or kids’ apparels and fashion accessories having stitching errors, color dissimilarity, or size misfits can be returned within 14 days from the date of having received them. We hope you understand that during the return, the product needs to be in the exact condition as received and shouldn’t be tampered with. Please maintain all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

How do I Cancel My Order?

Do I have to pay when I return any product?
No. Esybuy offers free shipping of products with manufacturing, delivery defects or not as displayed that are returned by you. All expenses are borne by the company. You do not have to pay even a single penny for any consumer electronic product or apparel returned by you.
Do I get a refund for the products returned?
Yes , you will get the Full refund once the products returned by you and meet our policy criteria, we will be sending you a voucher of an equivalent sum in your Esybuy account, which you can utilize on a later date, as per your wish or a Full Refund to your bank account once our Quality Check team verified the products.
If I missed the returning deadline. Can I return the products now? If you have a genuine reason for the delay, then yes, you can return the products. All such products returned after the above stated deadlines are, however, subject to up to 25% deduction from the total purchase price i.e. Esybuy reserves the right to deduct up to 25% of the total purchase price of the products returned post the due date.

Refunds with your purchase tend to be accomplished easily after we receive the return product/ Products. In case you have paid through electronic means (Credit or even Debit card) then your funds could be paid back to your card, but depending upon individual’s standard bank prerequisites, the refund may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement.
